Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using "PDF Mail Engine" (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, OFFICE KAMIYA Inc. grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software:
- Starter License: On up to 1 device owned by you.
- Professional License: On up to 3 devices owned by you.
- Enterprise License: As specified in your custom agreement.
3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
- Use the Software to send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or violate any anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
- Use the Software for any illegal or malicious purposes.
We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you are found to be using the Software for illegal spamming activities.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. OFFICE KAMIYA Inc. retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Software.
5. Payments & Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing the Software, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which permits refunds within 30 days of purchase under reasonable circumstances.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFICE KAMIYA INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS PROFITS, OR FAILED EMAIL DELIVERIES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts located in Shizuoka, Japan.
