1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF Mail Engine software on your compatible Windows devices.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Japan. OFFICE KAMIYA Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
