We want you to be completely satisfied with "PDF Mail Engine". If the Software does not work on your machine or fails to meet your core business requirements, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at [email protected].
- Include your Order ID (e.g., starting with #) and the email address used for the purchase.
- Briefly let us know why the Software didn't work for you. (While this feedback is optional, it helps us improve the product for future users).
Once approved, we will process the refund via our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. Upon refund, your License Key will be immediately deactivated.
Exceptions & Abuse Prevention
To protect our business from fraud, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the product.
- Requesting a refund after successfully using the Software for a massive, one-time email campaign.
- Requests submitted after the 30-day window has expired.
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the Software for illegal spam).
Microsoft Store Purchases
If you purchased the application directly through the Microsoft Store, your transaction is managed entirely by Microsoft. Refunds for these purchases are subject to Microsoft's refund policies and must be requested directly through your Microsoft account's order history. We do not have the ability to process Microsoft Store refunds on our end.
