Email Sending
Send emails with attached PDFs to your recipients.
Email Sending is the final step where the system delivers your emails, attaching the previously generated PDFs.
Overview
The system uses your configured SMTP Server settings to send emails. Content is fully dynamic, allowing for personalized subjects and bodies.
Trial Mode Limitation
Restricted Sending: In Trial Mode, you can only send 1 Email at a time. You must run the process repeatedly to handle multiple items.
Sending Workflow
- Navigate to the Email Sending view.
- Select Profile: The dropdown lists profiles that have items ready to send.
- Select Batch: A list of batches with "PDF Generated" items will appear.
- Run Process: Click the batch to start delivery.

1. Dynamic Content
- Subject & Body: Defined in the Template Designer (Email Tab).
- Variable Insertion: You can use
{{ variable }}syntax (Jinja2) in both the subject line and the email body.- Example:

2. Attachments
- The PDF generated in the previous step is automatically attached.
- The attachment filename matches the PDF filename on disk.
3. Safety Checks
Before sending, the system performs:
- Online Check: Verifies internet connectivity.
- File Check: Confirms the PDF file actually exists on the disk.
- Address Validation: Checks
To,CC, andBCCformats.
Important Considerations
SMTP & Rate Limiting
Sending Limits: Many email providers (Gmail, Outlook, ISP SMTP) enforce daily sending limits or rate limits (e.g., 500 emails/day).
- Rate Limit Settings: Check your Send Rate Limit (wait time or max per minute) in the Profile Configuration to avoid getting blocked.
- Bulk Sending: For high volumes, consider using a dedicated transactional email service (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.).
